What Huntr does

Huntr organises a job search. Its free plan tracks up to a hundred jobs, clips postings from a browser extension, stores unlimited base résumés and includes two job-tailored résumés along with basic job matching and résumé scoring.

Its Pro plan removes those limits and adds unlimited AI résumé tailoring, unlimited cover letters, advanced job matching and advanced résumé scoring. Pro was listed at forty dollars a month, or less on its quarterly and six-month plans, when we checked.

It is the most complete job-search workspace in this comparison, and the tracking is genuinely good. If your search is sprawling across tabs and spreadsheets, that is a real problem and Huntr solves it.

What ArcLens does differently

ArcLens is not a workspace. It is a decision tool for one posting at a time, and it deliberately holds very little of your search.

Where a tracker asks how each application is progressing, ArcLens asks whether the application should exist. It reads the posting first, then your history against it, and reports which requirements are real screening gates for you specifically.

The two are compatible in practice. Plenty of people would reasonably use a tracker for the search and ArcLens for the decision inside it.
